Let's just say angry as a way for your body to release stress in a healthy way.

9. Cry

Crying can make yourself more loose and let yourself be realistic about the condition of the actual rather than continue to try to keep it going all the time. A study found that newlyweds who try to stay positive no matter about the plight that tend to experience symptoms of depression on him at a later date. Allow yourself to be realistic or even sad to situations you face will be much better than having to hold emotion.
